L’Interdit Eau de Toilette appeared in 2019 as a lighter version of the 2018 Eau de Parfum, and Givenchy reinvented it in 2022. The house describes a bouquet of white flowers brightened by orange, bergamot and mandarin, set against a base of vetiver, patchouli, cistus flower, musk and sandalwood.
The L’Interdit bottle refined in 2022, with 10% less glass and a sharper 4G tassel.
Since 2022, the Eau de Toilette has come in a refined version of the L’Interdit bottle, with a slimmer silhouette and clean lines, adorned with a sharper 4G tassel. Givenchy sees in it an expression of its couture signature.
The bottle uses 10% less glass than the 2019 one and is made by a French glassmaker, in recycled glass according to the house. The fragrance itself is made in France at the Givenchy workshops.
