Kenzo Amour

Oscar Wilde said that only love can keep someone alive. It is precisely to this powerful and universal feeling that Kenzo wanted to pay tribute here. This house has never stopped inviting us, since 1988, to travel, freedom, and dreams

Where to buy

Each of its fragrant creations has a very poetic and sensual approach. Each of its fragrances is a way to bring a smile and to immerse us in a wonderful story. Thus, it is more precisely love that is in question here.

Kenzo's sentimental journey

Kenzo Amour is a fragrance that appeals to the imagination and invites us on an enchanting journey cradled in feelings, a journey of love. The journey is that of a couple traveling through the world, a world seen through loving eyes. Kenzo Amour is built like a succession of images and memories. It appears to us as a sensation of wonder observed with wide-open eyes. It then seems capable of transforming the surrounding world into a true fairy tale. Thanks to it, clouds turn into petals, the sun rises over the mountain and sets over the sea. Kenzo Amour is a fragrance that inspires dreaming and invites one to refocus on the essential values of life. After all, what is more important than waking up each day telling oneself that life is worth living but above all worth sharing? Kenzo Amour thus delivers emotions emanating from diverse cultures and multiple traditions. It is a universal declaration of love woven with softness and evolving with the landscapes.

The contrasting scent of Kenzo Amour

Two perfumers created the Kenzo Amour fragrance together. After all, it could only have been born from an exchange. It is the work of Daphné Bugey and Olivier Cresp. Together, they chose to craft an unprecedented fragrance based on rice steam. Thus, Kenzo Amour seems to release an airy warmth wrapped in white tea. In this sense, it is akin to a nectar typical of Asia. It is therefore a tribute to the origins of the Kenzo house. Then, this nod continues in its heart thanks to the presence of cherry blossom, the national emblem of Japan particularly celebrated in spring. This floral accord is enriched with more exotic ylang-ylang. Then, the whole gradually becomes more powdery thanks to the presence of heliotrope. Kenzo Amour nevertheless grows darker, leaving behind it a cloud of incense combined with thanaka wood. Finally, the whole concludes with a blend of white musk and vanilla. Moreover, it should be noted that the bottle of Kenzo Amour is just as attractive as its scent. It was designed with a stylized silhouette resembling a bird in motion. This is an original way of symbolizing travel. It comes in three different sizes, each associated with a color, namely orange, white, or fuchsia.
