Wishing to create very different fragrances, this is what inspired the house Hugo Boss to create a duo of fragrances that are resolutely masculine or feminine. Hugo XX thus appears as a concentration of femininity that is nevertheless never far from its more virile counterpart.

The very feminine gourmand character of Hugo XX

Hugo XX is a fragrance created by the talented Daphné Bugey. It plays on a very floral aspect but also a particularly fruity one. Additionally, this fragrance reinterprets the aroma of Basmati rice to turn it into a charming composition. Hugo XX opens with a fruity, juicy and exotic blend of lychee, mandarin and blackcurrant. From this point on, it becomes impossible to resist its sweet, gourmand character. Then, it becomes more sun-kissed and luminous thanks to an addition of sambac jasmine, a white flower very present in women's fragrances. Hugo XX then further asserts its romanticism through rose. This is worked in a particularly airy way, at once downy and light as a cloud. Finally, the whole is enveloped in sandalwood for a sophisticated, milky finish. Likewise, amber and musky notes bring further sophistication to the composition. Hugo XX is then housed in a stylized bottle, a sort of spray can reimagined with elegance. This is the perfect echo of its masculine counterpart. It is topped with a metal cap echoing the color of its orange-hued juice.
