Mon Paris Eau de Toilette
Sacha Guitry said that being Parisian is not about being born in Paris, but about being reborn there. Now, if there is one person who recognizes himself in this maxim, it is undoubtedly the couturier Yves Saint-Laurent. Born in Oran, Algeria, he built his entire life and career at the heart of the City of Light.

Passionate about art in general, he found in it an infinite source of creativity. It is therefore a tribute to the city of lovers that the house of Yves Saint-Laurent paid, in 2016, with its Mon Paris perfume. A fragrance of seduction, it this time bet on greater lightness. Focus on the new Mon Paris Eau de Toilette.
Mon Paris Eau de Toilette, a fragrance crafted by three creators
The Mon Paris fragrance had not yet celebrated its first anniversary before it could already be called a great success for the house of Yves Saint-Laurent. Nevertheless, such enthusiasm would be nothing without renowned creators behind its development. Thus, the Yves Saint-Laurent house decided to collaborate once again with the same perfumers to extend its fragrance into a new Eau de Toilette. The Mon Paris Eau de Toilette was created, like its predecessor, by Olivier Cresp, Harry Fremont and Dora Baghriche Arnaud. Olivier Cresp comes from a family of perfumers and has made the world of scents almost a part of his genetic heritage. Harry Fremont, for his part, is another great name in perfumery today. An atypical and highly daring figure, he takes pleasure in revisiting the great classics to give them more pep. Finally, Dora Baghriche Arnaud is a woman endowed with great sensitivity. She brings more sensuality and elegance to this fragrance. In it, she brings to life a purely feminine poetry.
The lightness of the new Yves Saint-Laurent fragrance
The Mon Paris Eau de Toilette is a very balanced juice that develops through multiple facets. It opens with a fruity, particularly fresh character. In this sense, it takes on a very spring-like feel and suits warm summer days perfectly. The Mon Paris Eau de Toilette first blends the citrus character of bergamot with the sparkling, juicy spirit of blackberry and raspberry. Pink pepper, however, comes to tickle this opening and give it more impertinence. Then, the heart of Mon Paris Eau de Toilette seems to let its feelings speak, letting a poetic, sun-kissed heart float behind it. This juice blends jasmine, orange blossom and datura flower. The whole gradually becomes more tender and sensual in its base. Mon Paris finally closes with a scent of patchouli, cashmere wood and ambroxan, lit up by white musk.
The reinterpretation of the Mon Paris bottle
Mon Paris Eau de Toilette comes in the same bottle as its predecessor. Cut from thick glass, it resembles an enormous jewel carved like a diamond. Its very feminine color reveals itself in a fascinating clarity. The whole is still topped with a bow. However, its black ribbon of before has given way to a more airy mesh, beautifully echoing the scent held within this case.
