The beginnings of Harry Frémont

Harry Frémont was born in Cannes and, as such, was immersed in a multitude of scents from a very young age. After all, how could one not appreciate perfume when coming from a region filled with fields of flowers, swept by sea spray, and resting on mineral-rich soil? He therefore oriented his schooling in this direction and, at a young age, entered the prestigious ISIPCA, the Institut Supérieur International du Parfum, de la Cosmétique et de l'Aromatique Alimentaire. This required him to leave his native region and move to Versailles. There, he had the chance to receive guidance from some of the most respected perfume creators in the world. This gave him extraordinary experience and allowed him to win the prestigious award from the Société Technique des Parfumeurs de France, in 1984 and in 1985. From then on, he was recruited by Firmenich, one of the giants of perfumery, headquartered in Geneva. However, he soon left Switzerland and joined the company's International Fragrance Center in New York in 1987.

Once settled across the Atlantic, Harry Frémont had the opportunity to collaborate with the greatest brands. In this capacity, he began signing numerous successes, producing one bestseller after another. Harry Frémont is a timeless perfumer who manages to create fragrances that are both timeless and daring. He enjoys revisiting great classics while also developing 100% innovative compositions. He displays a very polished style and never stops revolutionizing the art of perfumery. As such, he is today considered one of the best perfumers of our time.

Among Harry Frémont's many successes, he is responsible for Miracle by Lancôme, Modern Muse by Estée Lauder, Private Blend by Tom Ford, Daisy by Marc Jacobs, CK One Summer by Calvin Klein, and Polo Sport by Lacoste. Likewise, he is behind one of the most fascinating perfumes of 2016: the new Mon Paris by Yves Saint-Laurent. Unquestionably, Harry Frémont is an essential creator of contemporary perfumery and contributes greatly to shaping today's olfactory landscape.
