Mon Paris Couture
The Mon Paris Yves Saint Laurent fragrance dons a Haute Couture gown. Although its popularity rating has declined slightly in recent years, Paris nonetheless remains one of the most dazzling cities in the world. Yves Saint Laurent understood this well, and it was only natural that he made it the source of inspiration for many of his creations.

Where to buy
Thus, even though the designer has left us, the house that bears his name has decided to carry on this legacy. In 2016, the Yves Saint Laurent house chose to create a fragrance named Mon Paris. Having become an Eau de Toilette in 2016, it reveals itself once again today in a Couture version.
Mon Paris Couture, the fragrance of love in its most dizzying sense
Paris is a symbol of love the world over. Marriage proposals at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, countless padlocks on the Pont des Arts, walks hand in hand along the banks of the Seine… All of this forges the reputation of our capital across the planet. These are also the elements that inspired the creation of the Mon Paris collection. This fragrance is the symbol of a city in which anything is possible. It is a concentration of spontaneous emotions and seems dictated only by its fantasies and its desire for freedom. However, in this new version, Mon Paris Couture instead conveys the image of a serious love, one made to last. It is no longer a question of a fleeting fling but of love with a capital L.
The return of the emblematic Paris bottle by Yves Saint Laurent
The bottle of Mon Paris Couture was crafted with extreme precision, so as to embody the most beautiful gift to give to one's beloved. It carries on the legacy of the very first bottle of the Paris fragrance, created in 1983 by Yves Saint Laurent. Its thick, refined glass conceals a pink juice resembling a precious elixir. Resolutely modern while retaining a retro touch, the bottle of Mon Paris Couture is decorated with a leather lavalliere attached to an elegant silver cassandra bearing the initials of the Yves Saint Laurent house. Its satin ribbon, however, has traded its uniform black color for a white polka-dot pattern.
Mon Paris Couture YSL offers a lemony, floral freshness
From then on, all that remains is to remove the small transparent cap to become intoxicated by its scent. This time, Mon Paris Couture delivers a striking, citrusy freshness accompanied by a huge floral heart. Everything begins with a combination of citrus fruits. Bergamot, grapefruit and mandarin refresh a duo of raspberry and lychee. Then, femininity and romanticism take over. Mon Paris Couture is infused with datura, white peony, orange blossom, rosebuds and rose infusion. The whole rests on a more seductive, creamy base of patchouli, white musk, cashmere and ambroxan. Mon Paris Couture was created by the same trio of perfumers as its predecessor, made up of the talented Olivier Cresp, Harry Fremont and Dora Baghriche-Arnaud.

The advertising
The ad for the Mon Paris Couture Yves Saint Laurent fragrance
Yves Saint Laurent was an extraordinary figure, at once spontaneous yet introverted, avant-garde and guided by his wildest fantasies. Many have often wondered where he found such creativity… Probably in a myriad of places or memories. Yet Paris remains to this day the theater of his life and the primary source of his inspiration. Paying tribute to him and nodding to his skill as a designer, the house bearing his name has just presented the new fragrance Mon Paris Couture. To accompany this olfactory release, the Yves Saint Laurent house has also created a brand-new advertisement.
Crista Cober and Jérémie Laheurte, the star couple of Yves Saint Laurent
Mon Paris Couture is a fragrance synonymous with love. Do not assume this means an overload of romance and sentimentality. It is rather a matter of a wild love, synonymous with passion. To give us vertigo, Yves Saint Laurent called upon a couple of ambassadors to embody the fierce lovers of Mon Paris Couture. The house chose to call upon Crista Cober and Jérémie Laheurte. Both have been the faces of this olfactory collection since 2016. Crista Cober is a Canadian model who readily admits to having fallen under the spell of Paris. For her, this new juice evokes the almost wild feeling one has when falling in love, when one must trust one's heart, follow one's instinct, while feeling completely lost. Here, she embodies the image of an elegant, sophisticated yet no less daring Parisian woman. Jérémie Laheurte, for his part, is a young actor who continues to make a name for himself and whose acting truly lights up the screen. This rising star of French cinema is a native Parisian through and through. It is therefore an honor for him to collaborate with this quintessentially French house and to move through a place emblematic of his life.
The YSL staging of Mon Paris Couture
To produce its new advertising clip, the Yves Saint Laurent house decided to call upon the communications agency BETC Luxe. It must be said that between the two houses, this is a long-running story! This time, Mon Paris Couture is directed by filmmaker Ricky Saiz, and this choice was not made at random. Jasmine Loignon, creative director at BETC Luxe, explains: for this new chapter of Mon Paris, we wanted to bring more authenticity and a fresh perspective to this emblematic city that is Paris. That is why we chose Ricky Saiz, for his unique vision of the capital and his interpretation of this story. He allowed us to bring something new, capturing raw emotions and filming the streets of Paris with freshness and a great deal of energy. The whole thing plays out to the music of “L'Amour et la Violence” by Sébastien Tellier, which only amplifies the moving and epic quality of this campaign.
