L'Interdit Elixir, signed by Givenchy, is released in 2026: cherry pit and bitter almond sugar occupy the top. At the heart, honeyed tuberose sits alongside creamy Jasmine Sambac; at the base, sweet vanilla neighbors rum and davana.
At the top, cherry announces itself through its pit, while bitter almond sits alongside it, sweetened. The pit on one side, the sugar on the other: the opening plays on this contrast.
Tuberose, honeyed, holds the heart together with Jasmine Sambac, intensely floral and creamy, and Orange Blossom, powdery. A shared wax links the tuberose and the Orange Blossom; the jasmine, for its part, rests on the creamy facet.
The base carries vanilla, sweet and spicy, and davana, sweet and ripe-fruited: sugar is common to both. Rum sits alongside them at this tier, marked by cinnamon and ginger.
