Alien Hypersense

Alien Hypersense belongs to the Alien collection by Thierry Mugler, born in 2005 with the original eau de parfum, which became the house's first franchise. Mugler announces it in 2024 as a radical rebirth, taking up the captivating essence of the founding fragrance to carry it, in its words, toward a hyperbolic and hypnotic territory.

Dominique Ropion, who had composed the Alien Eau de Parfum in 2005, signs this version. Danièle Lahana-Aidenbaum, head of Mugler Fashion, explains to WWD the brief given to the perfumer: redo the Alien juice the way he would do it today, the year after the rejuvenation of Angel. Ropion says he wanted an ultra-modern Alien, the quintessence of floralcy.

The fragrance launches in Europe in mid-February 2024, in the United States in April. Mugler's discourse places it in continuity with the collection, whose name and talisman bottle it takes up, with a renewed intensity carried by Cashmeran, a warm and woody note that radiates what the house calls hyper-sensuality.
