Aqua Allegoria Nettare Di Sole
Aqua Allegoria Nettare Di Sole, a new release with a springtime scent from Guerlain. Guerlain's Aqua Allegoria fragrances are always highly anticipated. Created every spring, they represent an olfactory tradition that announces the arrival of the warmer season. These refreshing eaux de toilette release a sophisticated sillage, while drawing inspiration from a specific part of the globe.

Where to buy
From India to California, via Venezuela, Italy and Réunion Island, they are true globe-trotters. This time, it is the bee's turn to get to work crafting an exceptional fragrance. Aqua Allegoria Nettare Di Sole seems to have been foraged at the heart of a floral garden. The result is a very refreshing honey nectar.
The bee, an essential symbol of the house of Guerlain
If Guerlain chose to draw inspiration from the bee to craft its Aqua Allegoria Nettare Di Sole fragrance, it is simply because this insect has been protected by the house for many years. Indeed, Guerlain is committed to protecting bees, notably by collaborating with the Conservatoire de l'abeille noire bretonne on the island of Ouessant. And what better insect than this one to evoke a garden? The bee forages flowers and, through this process, creates a creamy, gourmand honey. It is precisely this entire process that is found in Aqua Allegoria Nettare Di Sole.
The Flacon aux Abeilles by Guerlain
The evocation of the bee begins as soon as the bottle of Aqua Allegoria Nettare Di Sole appears. Indeed, like all the fragrances in the saga, Aqua Allegoria Nettare Di Sole is presented in a modern reinterpretation of the iconic Flacon aux Abeilles. Originally conceived in 1853 for Empress Eugénie, this glass case has been updated by the artist Robert Granai. One notably recognizes its gold-colored dome, chiseled in a honeycomb pattern. More than ever, it particularly suits the spirit of this fragrance. The evocation of honey, for its part, is reflected in the sun-kissed color of its juice. The whole is contained in packaging decorated by the American street artist Michael De Feo, better known under the pseudonym The Flower Guy. Here, it is a matter of honey, white flowers and citrus fruits bathed in water.
Aqua Allegoria Nettare Di Sole, a refreshing honey
Now that the setting has been laid out, let us discover this fragrance itself. The idea behind Aqua Allegoria Nettare Di Sole was to draw from nature, with respect, its most beautiful qualities […] and to explore a honeyed bouquet composed of the greatest flowers in perfumery. Aqua Allegoria Nettare Di Sole is conceived as a flower foraged by a bee. This delicious iced honey aims to be as luminous as it is airy. To achieve this, it pairs a honey accord with exceptional flowers, such as rose, magnolia and jasmine. For greater clarity and freshness, an aquatic touch comes to elevate the whole, while it is illuminated with Calabrian bergamot.

The visual campaign for the two new releases unfolds in an enchanted garden setting. Constance Jablonski poses there for Nettare di Sole, while He Cong embodies Flora Salvaggia.
Guerlain confirms a collaboration with the American artist Michael De Feo, known as The Flower Guy, which gives rise to a series of illustrations for the collection. He paints the boxes of the two new releases, drawing inspiration from bergamot, a key ingredient of Nettare di Sole, and from its New York surroundings; the Aqua Allegoria boxes feature bee and flower motifs, in connection with World Bee Day on May 20, 2021.
