La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Toilette
Guerlain’s elegant young lady sparkles and inspires While Guerlain carries the elegance of its venerable history of nearly two centuries, the younger public feels only marginally concerned by its fragrances.

Where to buy
Delphine Jelk and her precious Petite Robe Noire revolutionized the iconic house by offering a gourmand and floral composition in tune with the times. In order to create a lighter version of it, Thierry Wasser, Guerlain’s official nose, would create a more sparkling and more low-cut dress, La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Toilette.
When La Petite Robe Noire’s illustrated advertising makes you dream…
Clearly, when Guerlain decides to change its communication concept, it does not do things by halves. For La Petite Robe Noire and its 2012 campaign, every effort toward modernization was deployed: street marketing, extensive use of social media and, of course, a thoroughly original and artistic advertising spot. A winning formula, so much so that the illustrated advertisement created by Kuntzel & Deygas won the award for favorite advertisement in 2013 among the French according to IPSOS!
Faced with such success, it seemed evident that the lovely La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Toilette flanker should be adorned in 2013 with the same type of advertising. The pretty silhouette dressed in a bustier cocktail dress representing the Eau de Toilette walks alongside its counterpart La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Parfum on an ultra-pink and ultra-glamorous runway, in the image of the two fragrances for young women, mischievous, romantic and rock’n’roll.
A significant change should nonetheless be noted regarding the creation of the fragrant composition of this new La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Toilette: it would fall exclusively to Thierry Wasser, Guerlain’s talented nose.
La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Toilette twirls and bewitches even more!
Of course, the fabulous La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Toilette bottle, a worthy heir to L’Heure Bleue and Mitsouko, retains its square shapes, its scrollwork and its inverted heart. This time, however, Serge Mansau designed a little black bustier dress, more open and more spirited, adorned with a delicate pink belt that reappears beneath the bottle’s cap and, of course, in the color of the precious juice seen through the glass.
The fragrant composition of La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Toilette, by contrast, is meant to be bolder and more spirited than its predecessor. The top notes offer a sparkling and seductive burst of bergamot to better open wide its floral and powerfully fruity heart. The precious notes of jasmine and rose are brightened by an exotic and tangy orange blossom that becomes enamored of green notes. As for the blackcurrant and cherry notes, the essential dark touches of this pretty spring dress, they delightfully spread their sweet and delicate gourmand character. Finally, the intense sillage of this La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Toilette is built around a dark licorice accord arriving with force and sensuality thanks to sandalwood, patchouli and heliotrope, the better to blend into the cottony embrace of white musks dusted with a pinch of vanillin.
In this more spirited and low-cut orchestration, he dresses it [La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Toilette] in fresh floral lace, embroidered with sparkling, fruity notes. There floats in the Guerlain air something like a scent of mischief and springtime renewal, altogether delightful!
