1 Million Black is released in 2026 by Rabanne, built on a tropical accord of Pineapple and Blood orange. Christophe Raynaud and Quentin Bisch construct the heart around a trio of vanillas softened by Coconut, and close the composition on Ebony and Tonka bean.

Rabanne places 1 Million Black in the lineage of the 2008 1 Million, whose ingot-shaped bottle established an immediately recognizable silhouette. The launch is global and staggered: Italy opens on August 5, 2026, the United Kingdom and Germany follow on the 10th, France and Spain on the 14th, and the United States on September 1.
The house is going through a period of restructuring, under the presidency of Renaud de Lesquen, appointed in April 2026 at Puig. This edition targets a generation that did not know the original at its release, without breaking from the franchise's DNA. American model Thatcher Thornton is the face of the campaign.
The composition is signed by Christophe Raynaud and Quentin Bisch, both perfumers at Givaudan. It opens on Pineapple, Blood orange and Cardamom, develops a heart built on a trio of vanillas — vanilla, Madagascar vanilla, Bourbon vanilla — extended by Coconut and Clary sage, then closes on Ebony, Patchouli and Tonka bean.
