1 Million Intense is the eau de toilette intense Paco Rabanne launched in 2013, a spicier version of 1 Million. Mandarin is surrounded by cardamom, pepper, saffron, nutmeg and cumin, rose and neroli blend with cinnamon, and iris, blond leather and sandalwood form the base. Dree Hemingway and Mat Gordon carry its campaign.

Paco Rabanne launches 1 Million Intense in 2013, five years after 1 Million, as an eau de toilette intense. The house presents it as an addictive fragrance, with which “the fantasy reaches its peak.”

Michel Girard and Olivier Pescheux

The composition is by Michel Girard and Olivier Pescheux, of Givaudan, two of the three authors of 1 Million. In 2014 the fragrance was among the men’s nominees for the public prize at the FiFi Awards of the Fragrance Foundation France.

The 2013 campaign brings together models Dree Hemingway and Mat Gordon. The black-and-white film draws on Hollywood cinema, from Goldfinger to The Thomas Crown Affair.

At each snap of Mat Gordon’s fingers, Dree Hemingway removes an accessory, until she appears naked. The soundtrack is Do It Again, by the Chemical Brothers, already heard for 1 Million.
