Wanted Girl

Azzaro launched Wanted Girl in spring 2019, three years after Wanted for men. Four IFF perfumers, Fanny Bal, Jean-Christophe Hérault, Loc Dong and Dominique Ropion, composed this imaginary flower: pomegranate and ginger blossom in the top, datura and dulce de leche in the heart, Haitian vetiver and tonka bean in the base. Georgia Fowler is its face.

Azzaro celebrated Wanted Girl on March 29, 2019 at the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild in Paris, and aired its film from April 8. The brand, then owned by the Clarins group, thus offered a feminine version of Azzaro Wanted, launched for men in 2016.

Wanted’s revolver-cylinder bottle is answered by Wanted Girl’s trigger. Extending the metaphor, the house promises a flower of fireworks, explosive, tempting and gourmand, but never too sweet, for a woman who makes her own luck.

Four IFF perfumers

Fanny Bal, Jean-Christophe Hérault, Loc Dong and Dominique Ropion, all four perfumers at IFF, signed the formula. According to the house, each worked on one facet of this imaginary flower, from the tart pomegranate to the gourmand dulce de leche.

What critics say

For Juliette Faliu, in Nez and on Auparfum, Wanted Girl replays the sweet, caramelized orange blossom of Lady Million; from the launch, Auparfum saw in it a gourmand archetype calibrated for the market.

Georgia Fowler at Cap-Ferrat

Georgia Fowler and Nikolaï Danielsen challenge each other at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, in a film by Santiago and Mauricio aired in April 2019.

Model Georgia Fowler embodies Wanted Girl, opposite Nikolaï Danielsen, the face of Azzaro Wanted. Conceived by the agency Mazarine Mlle Noï, the campaign aired from April 8, 2019 on television, on the web and on social media.

The film, directed by Santiago and Mauricio, is set at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, facing the Mediterranean. The two accomplices challenge each other in front of a crowd of fans before jumping together from the balcony into the pool, to Have Love Will Travel by the Sonics.
