Sauvage Parfum is described as a more intense juice. In reality, it above all offers a more animalic attraction and a rounder, more bewitching scent. The result: Dior's bet is brilliantly won. With it, forget overly spicy and heady fragrances. Sauvage Parfum manages to strike the right balance, combining the freshness of wild terrain with warmer, oriental notes carried by extreme sensuality. It is worth noting that Dior selected the finest quality ingredients for it. Its bergamot is specially grown for Dior, in the heart of Calabria. Steeped in sun, it carries you away with a single breath. The sandalwood essence from Sri Lanka is creamy to perfection, while Virginia cedar takes on a more gourmand facet, close to jam, and entirely unexpected. Finally, the Papua New Guinea vanilla absolute is both virile and powerful, preserving all the strength and complexity of its aromas thanks to an innovative extraction method. Beyond its absolutely irresistible scent, Sauvage Parfum also comes in a sober, luxurious bottle that is nonetheless far from meaningless. Indeed, while Dior's bottle opts for a fairly minimalist design, it must be acknowledged that it fits the image of the fragrance it contains perfectly. Sauvage Parfum is inspired by untouched vastness under a bluish night, when the intense smells of a crackling fire rise. And this is precisely the contrast found on Dior's bottle. On one side, its midnight-blue color evokes the nocturnal world. It speaks here of a mysterious and profound masculinity. On the other, its orange-toned base seems to be born from a crackling fire.
