In 2018 Chanel brought together three eaux de toilette under the name Les Eaux de Chanel, each named after a journey between Paris and a city that mattered to Gabrielle Chanel. Paris - Venise pays tribute to the city the house says she cherished.

They went on sale on June 4, 2018, in Chanel boutiques and at Galeries Lafayette, at 112 euros for 125 milliliters. Paris - Venise has remained in the house’s catalogue since, alongside a body lotion.
