Code Elixir
Armani Code Elixir: Giorgio Armani's new surge of intensity The most concentrated Code to date Unveiled in spring 2025, Armani Code Elixir is presented as the most powerful and sensual version of the line launched in 2004. This Parfum concentration combines a leather-liquor heart with smoky spices, over a base of grilled tonka, offering an amber-leather facet unprecedented in the collection.

A magnetic masculinity reimagined
The objective: to modernize the seductive DNA of Armani Code without renouncing Italian elegance. Giorgio Armani describes this flanker as the balance between radiant freshness and shadowy warmth, suited to accompany a black tuxedo as much as a leather jacket.

Why does this Elixir stand out?
The signature Green Mandarin → Leather → Grilled Tonka
• Opening: the green mandarin super-essence bursts forth from the first seconds, recalling a freshly pressed peel.
• Heart: a dark liquor-leather accord, softened by a resinous touch, traces a shadowy and sophisticated seduction.
• Base: the grilled tonka bean, the line's signature, turns smokier — more “barista” than “pastry-shop” — supported by a dry amber wood for long-lasting depth.
Performance revised upward
Early user feedback reports a longevity of over 10 hours and a projection of about two meters, a clear gain over Code Parfum 2022. The intensity-to-elegance ratio makes it a versatile office-to-evening fragrance, capable of dressing both a light morning suit and a black evening shirt.
Bottle design: copper red, ember at heart
Armani revisits the tapered silhouette of Code Parfum 2022: the cylinder is dressed in a metallic red-copper gradient evoking embers beneath ash. The sandblasted black cap still bears the GA monogram, while the central ring turns dark red chrome, a nod to the glow of an amber bourbon in a crystal glass.
Sustainable commitments & refill technology
• Eco-designed bottle: 20% PCR glass and a drop-in refill system compatible with all sizes.
• Traceable ingredients: Calabrian mandarin and Brazilian tonka sourced from responsible programs.

The advertising
Advertisement: “Red Pulse”, when Armani Code sets the night ablaze
Directed by Jonas Åkerlund, filmed in a steel-mill hangar
The one-minute spot, aired on April 15, 2025 during the halftime of the Champions League final, shows actor Fai Khadra advancing down a corridor of reddened steel; each step triggers a red spark that spreads across the walls until it forms the incandescent “Code” logo. As he pulls the pin on the bottle, a coppery wave sweeps across the screen: the green mandarin lights up the scene then turns into dark leather, before a black-to-ember-red fade signs the appearance of the word Elixir.
Three-part storyboard: Flash / Shadow / Glow
• Flash: close-up on a mandarin zest vaporizing into holographic particles.
• Shadow: lateral tracking shot; Khadra crosses a mist of leather and rum, the LED lights switching off one by one.
• Glow: slow motion; grains of tonka bean fall onto a heated plate, bursting into sparks that reform into the red-copper bottle.

Liquid chrome & baroque chiaroscuro
Knight shoots the bottle set on an engraved metal plate; a raking spotlight reveals red-orange reflections resembling flows of lava. The tagline “Unlock the Code” appears in Gotham Ultra Black embossed with a copper varnish, echoing the bottle's metal ring.
“Ember & Silk” double-page spread
A second visual juxtaposes a garnet silk suit with a reddened steel bar, underscoring the softness/strength contrast that Armani Code Elixir champions.
