La Petite Robe Noire Pochette Surprise
La Petite Robe Noire treats itself to a Pochette Surprise edition in 2017. Guerlain's cult juice retains its gourmand silhouette here: an opening of lemon, a heart of rose and violet accented with licorice and raspberry, and a base of patchouli, vanilla, white musks and heliotrope.

Where to buy
Not sure your beloved would necessarily appreciate the message once Valentine's Day has arrived and no gift has been planned! So take the initiative and give her THE gift that will let her enhance her natural charm… Guerlain has just created a brand new Pochette Surprise on the theme of La Petite Robe Noire. It comes in an appealing, colorful package and contains the La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Parfum along with its matching lipstick.
Guerlain's colorful gift package
The least one can say is that Guerlain seems to have bet everything on color this year. Indeed, its pochette surprise fits perfectly into the current era and is decorated with very warm, festive tones. These rest on a thin black border quickly topped with vivid orange and pink hues. The name La Petite Robe Noire, for its part, appears as if handwritten directly onto the packaging, blending beautifully with La Petite Robe Noire herself, whose silhouette seems cradled by the wind. The whole is closed thanks to a clever fold bringing together three hearts that speak volumes about the romanticism contained in this package. It was all created by the design duo Kuntzel and Deygas. Moreover, they are the ones behind the creation of La Petite Robe Noire in India ink. These two French artists met while working on an experimental animation project. Since meeting, they have come a long way, working for some of the biggest names on the planet, such as Steven Spielberg, Yves Saint-Laurent, Vogue, Bourgeois and many others. In fact, the house of Guerlain seems to swear by them alone and regularly asks them to reinterpret La Petite Robe Noire.
The contents of the La Petite Robe Noire Pochette Surprise
This pochette surprise contains the most beautiful of gifts. On one hand, it includes the La Petite Robe Noire fragrance. Created in 2009 by perfumer Delphine Jelk, it was readjusted in 2012 by Thierry Wasser, exclusive nose of the house of Guerlain. La Petite Robe Noire is a fragrance composed of rose macaron enhanced with a touch of black cherry and red fruits. Its heart is meant to be powerful and distinguished, almost anisic. Its sillage, for its part, is softer while being enhanced with patchouli and the house of Guerlain's signature Guerlinade, based on bergamot, tonka bean, iris and vanilla. It all comes presented in the original La Petite Robe Noire bottle. Entirely made of glass, it has remained true to the silhouette of its predecessors: L'Heure Bleue and Mitsouko. One recognizes in particular its comma-shaped shoulders and its cap taking the shape of an inverted heart. This is accompanied here by the La Petite Robe Noire lipstick. More recent, it was born in 2016. Its vibrant shade nonetheless hides a texture that is both supple and comfortable. Likewise, its coverage can be modulated infinitely and comes with an ultra-glossy finish and a floral, fruity fragrance heavily inspired by the collection's perfume. So, wait no longer, you can only make someone happy!
