The noble and elegant composition of Iris de Syracuse

Iris de Syracuse is a floral and very elegant fragrance. It opens with a sparkling, juicy freshness combining mandarin and pear. However, this invigorating clarity is immediately contrasted by an impertinent touch of black pepper. Then, a powdery, floral heart takes over. Iris de Syracuse combines the opulence of jasmine with the airy, almond-like freedom of heliotrope. It is also at this point that iris makes its appearance at the heart of the composition. Finally, its sensuality gradually becomes more mystical. Iris de Syracuse leads into a mysterious, carnal trio of patchouli, vanilla and white musk. All of this sensuality is the work of perfumer Nathalie Lorson.
