Dior launched Miss Dior Le Parfum in September 2012, a concentrated version of the Miss Dior previously called Chérie. François Demachy composed an oriental chypre for the evening: mandarin at the top, Turkish and Bulgarian rose absolutes for the heart, Indonesian patchouli, amber and vanilla in the base.
Eddie Bulliqi (2024) considers Le Parfum the richest and most mysterious of the Miss Dior fragrances: a nocturnal rose varnished with amber, patchouli and gourmand notes.

Eddie Bulliqi: the most mysterious Miss Dior
Eddie Bulliqi, a Fragrantica columnist, returned to Le Parfum in August 2024, which he says has been discontinued, and calls it his favorite version of Miss Dior. He smells a nocturnal rose caught under a thick, translucent varnish that tints the wood with glints of resin and bronze.
He finds the neo-chypre hallmarks of Miss Dior 2012, dessert florals bedded in patchouli, but also a dark chocolate batter, cocoa butter, beeswax, a praline mousse and lightly roasted coffee.
Where the eau de parfum candies its petals in sugar, Le Parfum remains for him a dark rose moving by candlelight: the richest and most mysterious of Miss Dior’s faces.
