Miss Dior Essence is the essence de parfum of the Miss Dior line, composed by Francis Kurkdjian and launched in fall 2025. Dior presents it as a playful chypre: a jammy blackberry and elderflower accord, a jasmine sambac bouquet true to the story of 1947, a dense, enveloping oak base. Its bottle revisits the frosted houndstooth that the house dates to 1948.

For the Essence, Dior returns to the heritage bottle the house dates to 1948 and credits to Christian Dior himself: glass with a frosted houndstooth motif that reconnects with Miss Dior’s original identity. The Glass Magazine sees in it a reminder of the original design, etched with the motif and crowned with a bow.
The glass cap bears a black grosgrain poignard bow made in France. Grace Lindsay, of Who What Wear, judges the bottle worthy of display as a fashion accessory; the campaign visuals show it in a vivid pink in Natalie Portman’s hand.
