Then, riding this momentum and this wild urge to diversify, Coach had also undertaken to launch into perfumery. This is how the very first Eau de Parfum Coach came about. Today, the house has decided to offer a derivative of its scent. Naturally, as if to echo the world of leather goods, leather is still ever-present. This time, however, it carries more romanticism. Coach treats itself to a genuine springtime lift. Focus on the Eau de Parfum Coach Floral.
The transformation of the Coach bottle for its floral version
Let us begin by taking a closer look at the alluring bottle of the Eau de Parfum Coach Floral. Drawing inspiration from its predecessor, it now reveals more femininity than ever. Its round shape echoes all of feminine generosity. What is more, its once golden metal has now given way to a more romantic and girly rose gold. To complete this ensemble, a small leather flower is also attached at the neck, as on many Coach handbags. The whole thing is nothing but femininity, and the house emblem proudly displays itself on the front of this bottle. As one will have recognized, it is of course a horse-drawn carriage. The nod to New York is striking. This visual echoes the many carriages that carry tourists through the heart of Central Park. More than ever, the Eau de Parfum Coach Floral is a true distillation of romanticism.
The Eau de Parfum Coach Floral, a fragrance with the scent of “tea rose in leather”
On the scent side, once again, the soul of the Coach brand is ever-present, and a subtle note of leather runs through the entirety of this perfume. This is thus a nod to the house's original world: that of leather goods. To be more precise, the Eau de Parfum Coach Floral draws its inspiration more specifically from the leather roses tied onto many of the house's handbags. There is therefore a perfect correlation between the scent of this juice and the visual of its bottle. Everything begins with an intense sensation of vitality. The freshness of lemon is paired with the fruity, tangy breath of pineapple. Nevertheless, the whole soon warms up on contact with a more incandescent pink pepper. Rose then makes its appearance in the heart of this composition. The Eau de Parfum Coach Floral is further enriched with an enormous bouquet of gardenia and sambac jasmine. Gradually gaining in sensuality, the Eau de Parfum Coach Floral finally wraps itself in a more seductive sillage. Elegant creamy woods combine with patchouli essence, and the whole is further accompanied by subtle musky notes. The result is a highly contrasted perfume, evolving from an intense freshness to a more languid, warmer base.
