It all began one fine day in 1985, when the house of Dior gave birth to a fragrance synonymous with temptation, seduction and emotion. Poison was quickly presented as an almost magical elixir, as scandalous as it was irresistible. Endowed with a very powerful floral and spicy scent, it wasted no time seducing women and immediately became one of Dior's best-sellers. Pure Poison, for its part, appeared much later, in 2004. It results from highly accomplished work. It first bursts forth in a fresh play of light based on sweet orange, jasmine and Sicilian bergamot. Then, its heart becomes more floral. Like an enormous bouquet, it combines orange blossom with gardenia. Its femininity is as intoxicating as it is innocent. Little by little, Pure Poison wraps itself in the creamy softness of sandalwood, offering feminine skin a more addictive and fulfilled sensuality.

The return of Dior's timeless apple-shaped bottle

Finally, in terms of bottle, Pure Poison clearly signals its membership in the great Dior family. Its bottle takes the shape of an apple, the forbidden fruit par excellence... What a symbol! However, this time, the Pure Poison bottle is wrapped in an immaculate white, futuristic color. Naturally, this color echoes the undeniable luminosity of this perfume. Only its small cap references the purple hue of the original Dior Poison of days gone by.
In other words, Pure Poison manages to preserve the DNA of the Poison collection while possessing its own personality. It offers us the image of an ingenuous yet captivating woman, as seductive as she is mysterious. It is a pure concentrate of temptation. Do not even try to resist it, for it seems that it is already a lost cause!
