Ô d’Azur is the eau de toilette that Lancôme launched in June 2010 as a variation on Ô de Lancôme, composed by Domitille Bertier and Sophie Labbé at IFF. Bergamot and a Calabrian lemon open it, Damask rose and peony lifted by pink pepper form its heart, over a base of ambrette, white musks and wood.
The Ô de Lancôme bottle redesigned in 2010, dressed in gold and bronze instead of green, around a pale gold juice.
Ô d’Azur takes up the bottle of Ô de Lancôme, redesigned by Fabien Baron for the 2010 relaunch according to The Moodie Davitt Report; the green of the original gives way to a gold and bronze finish, matching the sun of the Côte d’Azur.
Osmoz highlights a luminous juice of pale gold rather than azure. At launch, the eau de toilette was sold in 50, 75 and 125 ml sprays, according to Now Smell This and The Moodie Davitt Report.
