Miss Dior Rose N'Roses

The composition opens on the freshness of citrus, bergamot and Italian mandarin, which geranium essence lifts with a lemony, minty, incisive note. The Grasse and Damask roses, as absolute and essence, burst forth at once and take the center of the perfume.

A white musk base

In the base, a white musk note makes the bouquet shine. Dior’s current page adds patchouli to the musks, absent from the 2020 descriptions; Demachy himself mentioned woody and musky notes at the launch.

What the label declares

The ingredient list of the eau de toilette does not name any natural material. It declares limonene, hydroxycitronellal, linalool, citronellol, geraniol, coumarin, citral, benzyl alcohol and eugenol, and three light filters: ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane and ethylhexyl salicylate.

Three colorants, CI 17200, CI 19140 and CI 60730, give the juice its bright pink; two antioxidants, BHT and pentaerythrityl tetra-di-t-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate, protect the formula.
