J’adore Parfum d’eau is the alcohol-free eau de parfum Dior launched in 2022, composed by François Demachy. A concentrate of water and flowers, it brings together neroli from Vallauris, sambac jasmine and Chinese magnolia in a patented formula, and is sprayed as a soft mist. The J’adore amphora is dressed here in an opalescent white with the softness of alabaster.
Dior presents the three flowers of Parfum d’eau together, without dividing them into top, heart and base.
Neroli from Vallauris, the fruit of an exclusive partnership with the house, brings all its freshness to the bouquet. Sambac jasmine adds sunny notes and Chinese magnolia velvety ones: the house sees in it a fresh, spontaneous reading of the white flowers of J’adore.
What the label declares
The ingredient list contains no ethyl alcohol: water comes before the fragrance, with glycols, glycerin, hydrogenated lecithin and a surfactant, poloxamer 407. It includes two preservatives, hydroxyacetophenone and chlorphenesin, and no colorant.
An earlier version of the list also included bitter orange flower water, absent from the house’s current list.
