Where to buy

It was Audrey Hepburn who inspired the brand's first fragrance, L'Interdit. Today Givenchy is a well-known brand and its creations are adored around the world. The house of Givenchy beautifully represents contemporary luxury. In 1996, Givenchy unveiled Organza, a mystical scent. Organza is a true ode to feminine beauty.

Organza, such a sensual material

Dress your skin in a veil of organza… That is Givenchy's message. Organza is a material widely used in haute couture; it is light and refined. Its veil is soft and sheer like a chiffon. With Organza, Givenchy offers a seductive fragrance at its peak. The Givenchy woman is naturally beautiful and elegant. She radiates something distinctive, irresistible, intoxicating. While Givenchy highlights the sense of smell, it also highlights touch here, and one imagines wearing Organza the way one wears a dress made of the same material… An extreme sensuality. Organza is a work entirely devoted to women, a tribute to women of all times, from here and elsewhere.

Organza, a carnal floral

The house of Givenchy defines its perfume as a carnal floral. Fresh, floral and sensual, Organza is the work of perfumer Sophie Labbé. Organza opens with pure, fresh notes combining honeysuckle, sap and bergamot. These are accompanied by the brightness of orange blossom. The heart is soft and floral, thanks to the presence of gardenia, jasmine, tuberose and ylang-ylang, which brings its exotic touch. The base is not only sensual but enveloping and reassuring. It is composed of sandalwood, vanilla and amber. Finally, cedarwood offers a small woody touch. As for the bottle, it is a true sculpture of gold and light. It is inspired by the body of an Egyptian woman who seems draped in linen cloth, the kind Egyptian women covered themselves with. Its silhouette is slender and elongated. It is topped with a baroque, abstract cabochon that evokes the headdress of an Egyptian god. The matte gold color of the sculpture further enhances its elegant and prestigious look.

A true ode to women's beauty. Once again, Givenchy pays tribute to women. Organza takes its name from a haute couture material. This material is soft, light and sensual, mirroring the composition. Carnal-floral, it wraps around the body and leaves an unforgettable sillage… A fragrance that has become legendary.
