The house chose to reinterpret its perfume Eaudemoiselle, created in 2010, turning it into a fragrance that seems to have come straight out of a tale from the Thousand and One Nights. Thus, Givenchy expands its collection with the brand new Eaudemoiselle Essence Des Palais, a fragrance conceived at the very heart of the Middle East.

Eaudemoiselle Essence Des Palais is far from being the first version of this emblematic Givenchy juice. In fact, the story of this collection began in 2010, from the hands of perfumers Christine Nagel and François Demachy. Together, they crafted a floral, green and woody perfume. It quickly made a name for itself. It must be said that the birth of an “Eau” by Givenchy is always an event! This time, it was a matter of reconnecting with the house's aristocratic origins. Eaudemoiselle led us into a highly couture universe, steeped in the noble values of the house of Givenchy. This juice was aimed at sensual women with a strongly assertive personality. It was then followed, in 2012, by three versions. One was an Eau Fraîche composed of citrus. Another was an Eau Florale resembling an enormous bouquet refreshed with pear. Finally, the last one highlighted Oud wood. In 2013, Eaudemoiselle released a more oriental variation of its scent, named Ambre Velours. In 2015, it was the turn of orange blossom to be showcased. Finally, 2016 saw the arrival of Eaudemoiselle Rose à la Folie, a perfume highlighting the cheerfulness of rose paired with a fruity tea.

This time, the house of Givenchy offers a true journey. Eaudemoiselle Essence Des Palais is not diametrically opposed to its predecessors. It still carries a very noble and regal facet. It is nonetheless divided between the splendors of the East and those of the West. More precisely, it draws inspiration from the magnificence of oriental palaces. In doing so, it reveals a new facet of femininity, more confident and more sensual than ever. Its scent, for its part, revolves mainly around the scent of rose. Eaudemoiselle Essence Des Palais pairs this queen of perfumery with a tenacious, hazy saffron. This is among the noblest ingredients in the entire palette of the perfumer. Here it wraps itself in a cloud of incense before ultimately giving way to a woodier, ambery base accented with patchouli. The whole is presented in a bottle faithful to the entire Eaudemoiselle line by Givenchy. It has a vintage and baroque look.
