Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid
Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid, the fragrance of a femme fatale In couture creation, the house of Viktor & Rolf has never gone unnoticed. It is following this same philosophy that its very first feminine fragrance was created, in 2005. Named Flowerbomb, it was presented as a bomb of flowers and as an open door to the marvelous.

With it, Viktor & Rolf does not hesitate to celebrate life like a utopia. Once again, in 2022, women's daily life becomes a celebration. Drawing inspiration from a burlesque and theatrical world, Viktor & Rolf presents Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid.
A floral and oriental scent contained in the grenade-shaped bottle of Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid
Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid by Viktor & Rolf is an infinitely seductive fragrance, presented in a bottle recognizable among all others. Indeed, it comes in a bottle sculpted with the finesse of a diamond, yet also displaying the same shape as a grenade! The contrast is radical. Even so, Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid by Viktor & Rolf never lacks femininity. This time it is adorned with a bold, transparent ruby pink color. Elegantly, it is topped with a metallic cap, in perfect harmony with its pink-silver label. Finally, as always, a seal bearing the initials of Viktor & Rolf is fixed at the neck.
So what could this weapon of massive seduction possibly conceal? Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid by Viktor & Rolf is a women's fragrance created by Carlos Benaïm, Domitille Bertier and Dominique Ropion, with a floral and fruity character. At first, Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid releases a delicate floral scent of vine peach and freesia. This juicy, fresh scent is followed by a more carnal heart of jasmine and ruby orchid. Sweet as can be, it is finally wrapped in the captivating notes of red vanilla.
Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid, a feminine fragrance with burlesque inspiration
To design this fragrance, the Viktor & Rolf brand made sensuality its battle cry. To do so, it drew inspiration from the tradition of burlesque theater. Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid is by far the most carnal and sensual fragrance in the entire collection. It is intended for a femme fatale, as provocative as she is glamorous. With it, turn your life into a real show and let your magnetism ignite your dance!
On screen, Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid by Viktor & Rolf is embodied by the Dutch model Marjan Jonkman, photographed by Rolf Snoeren. Staged in a red theatrical setting, she wears a majestic dress signed Viktor & Rolf. More than ever, whether in its advertising, its scent, its inspiration or the design of its bottle, Flowerbomb Ruby Orchid is a feminist and seductive fragrance. It reveals women's personality with boldness. A symbol of confidence with a touch of eroticism, it is designed as an extravagant juice and a daring elixir.

Burlesque, Pinterest and orchids
Marjan Jonkman in an orchid costume, a drag transformation with Nicky Doll on Pinterest and a TV spot on a track by COBRAH.
The campaign shows model Marjan Jonkman in a Viktor&Rolf costume with a spectacular structure, blending tulle, sequin embroidery and a profusion of orchids, with colorful makeup and a diamond headpiece, according to The Fragrance Shop.
For the launch, the plan runs through Pinterest and its Idea Ads advertising format, then in beta, rather than through TikTok, with drag queen Nicky Doll as creative partner. The content stages a drag transformation triggered by a spray of the fragrance, with each character presented as avant-garde and tinged with burlesque. This is the house's second collaboration with Pinterest, after a campaign devoted to the original Flowerbomb.
