François Demachy adjusted the formula for this way of diffusing: he lightened the citron top note, judged too bitter, in favor of a rounder blood orange. The house also lists pink berries and Haitian vetiver.

Dior Homme Sport Very Cool Spray is a variation on the Dior Homme Sport eau de toilette, composed by François Demachy, the house’s perfumer-creator. Dior dresses it in a next-generation bottle, elegant and unbreakable, designed to accompany its wearer at any moment of the day.

A fragrance adjusted to its bottle

The fragrance comes out of an aerosol, in a cloud of micro-droplets that covers the skin in one sweeping gesture. Demachy explains that this diffusion has a physical effect on the fragrance, so the packaging weighed on his composition.

“I modulated Dior Homme Sport according to its spraying process,” the perfumer sums up. The house adds that the aerosol uses only compressed air as a propellant, to lighten its environmental footprint.

Dior speaks of a fresh eau de toilette, faithful to the spicy freshness of Dior Homme Sport, and invites wearers to apply it freely and without restraint. In its view, the Sport line is meant for a city dweller for whom wide urban spaces are a playground.
