The historic Bee Bottle by Guerlain
First, it should be noted that all Aqua Allegoria fragrances share a common bottle. It is a modern reinterpretation of the legendary Guerlain Bee Bottle. As a reminder, it first came into being in 1853. It held Eau de Cologne Impériale, intended for Empress Eugénie, wife of Napoleon III. It was through creating this fragrance that Guerlain was propelled into the spotlight, becoming one of the most sought-after houses among crowned heads of Europe. With this bottle, Aqua Allegoria Flora Salvaggia therefore offers us a plunge into the history of this prestigious house. Modernized, this glass case has lost none of its splendor. It retains its cylindrical shape, while being topped with a dome. For added light and splendor, it is covered with a golden sillage in a honeycomb pattern.
