Alien Hypersense, launched by Thierry Mugler in 2024, is composed by Dominique Ropion, already the author of the original 2005 Alien Eau de Parfum. The house presents it as a rebirth of that founding juice, taking up its floral and woody essence to carry it toward a more intense expression. Cashmeran dominates the base, carried by Sambac jasmine and a fruity facet of green mandarin and pear.

The bottle takes up the talisman silhouette of the Alien collection and its original purple hue, lacquered here in a technicolor gradient that the house describes as shifting, flashing between a deep red and a scarlet orange halo; WWD speaks of ultraviolet red and orange reflections added to the purple.
Mugler describes the object as a spiritual prism, an avant-garde architectural piece and a precious jewel, a talisman to keep for a lifetime.
The bottle is refillable from its inception: a 100 ml refill serves all formats, sold in 30, 60 and 90 ml.
The house quantifies the savings of each 100 ml refill compared to four 30 ml bottles: 75% less metal, 45% less cardboard, 49% less glass and 58% less plastic.
