The floral effluvia of Paris

Quickly forget the gray skies of Paris, here the focus is mainly on flowers. Thus, it was to the talented perfumer Sofia Grojsman that Yves Saint-Laurent turned to craft this fragrance. She then chose to highlight one of the most feminine ingredients in the entire perfumer's palette: rose. However, she did not choose just any variety. Indeed, Yves Saint-Laurent was born in Oran and owned a house in Marrakech. It was therefore from the rose in his garden that she drew her inspiration. This flower reveals here a fresh and sparkling scent. Moreover, this effect is further enhanced by the presence of bergamot and honeysuckle. Violet, for its part, brings a more powdery facet to Paris. Nevertheless, spices emanating from carnation and hawthorn come to tickle the whole. Furthermore, Yves Saint-Laurent also added an opulent jasmine to the composition. He paired it with the radiant luminosity of orange blossom and further reinforced this effect with a multifaceted iris. Finally, Paris concludes with greater depth, as though night were gradually taking over the capital. It leaves behind a sillage based on vetiver, sandalwood and honey.
