Paris Eau de Parfum is the eau de parfum version of the grand rose and violet floral that Yves Saint Laurent launched in 1983, signed by Sophia Grojsman. The house describes it as a powdery floral: violet, bergamot and orange blossom at the top, centifolia rose and iris at the heart, sandalwood, amber and vanilla at the base. Lucie de la Falaise embodied its image.
A faceted bottle that the house compares to a cut diamond, in tribute to the sparkle of the Eiffel Tower; Osmoz sees the whole City of Light shimmering in it.
For the house, the Paris bottle is a case in the image of a cut diamond, of perfect brilliance, like the jewel given to the woman one loves. Its facets pay tribute to the sparkle of the Eiffel Tower, which lights up the Parisian night.
Osmoz recognizes in this multifaceted glass all the bustle of the city, a shimmering City of Light, and in the stopper a crystal diamond, itself faceted, that crowns the bottle.
In 2014, the Venetian glassworks Venini paid tribute to this bottle with a limited edition, mouth-blown using the murrine technique, in a gradation of reds and pinks.
According to the Journal du Luxe, each sculpture, sold exclusively at Galeries Lafayette on Boulevard Haussmann, rests in a black lacquered wood case, with an eau de toilette and an art book.
