Scandal Le Parfum by Jean-Paul Gaultier is a composition that is not diametrically opposed to that of its predecessor. Created by perfumers Daphné Bugey, Ane Ayo and Fabrice Pellegrin, this fragrance takes up the main raw materials of the original 2017 Scandal. However, these are worked with more power. Here, everything is done so that opposites come together and intensify. The sparkling freshness of mandarin is thus counterbalanced by the more enveloping and warm facet of salted butter caramel. Luminous jasmine, meanwhile, is paired with a darker and suaver black vanilla. The result is a veritable aphrodisiac filter!
