Sauvage Elixir is the most concentrated version of the line, composed by François Demachy for Dior in 2021 in the manner of a liqueur. The house blends the freshness of Sauvage with a heart of spices, a Nyons PDO lavender and rich woods; licorice, sandalwood, patchouli and Haitian vetiver hold its base.
Persolaise finds in Sauvage Elixir the spirit of the original, which he associates with a feverish board meeting, barely softened by a hint of refinement.

Persolaise reviewed Sauvage Elixir on September 17, 2021, alongside Miss Dior and Vanilla Diorama. He finds in it the essence of the original, which he compares to a feverish, testosterone-fuelled board meeting where the suits would be only slightly less dreadful.
In his view, a hint of wool has crept into the polyester, but no further. In the same review, he reserves for Vanilla Diorama the image of the wood paneling and velvet of a private club.
