The various bottles of Christian Dior's Collection Privée aim to recompose, in precious flacons, the great moments and great passions from the history of the house's founding father, the late Christian Dior. Thus François Demachy did not hesitate to take on one of the raw materials most symbolic of virility in perfumery. A vetiver that has already been worked by the greatest names, such as the famous Vétiver by Guerlain released in 1959, then its flanker Vétiver Extrême, or else Vétiver Oriental by Serge Lutens. Vétiver by Dior opens on an essence of Sicilian bergamot accompanied by a pleasant green note that tempers the citrus's power.
