Lady Million

Lady Million: The woman of One Million is worth her weight in gold! Why keep it simple when one can be sophisticated? Why be understated when one can shine through eccentricity? Such was the concept of 1 Million, and such will be the concept of Lady Million!

Released in 2010, Lady Million is the alter ego of One Million, one of Paco Rabanne's great successes. One thing is certain: the Lady Million woman moves through a world of seduction, play, gold and shine. Lady Million sparks desire and unleashes passions. Lady Million is regarded as a sensual, voluptuous and floral essence. The bottle is as carefully crafted as its predecessor. Inspired by the Le Régent diamond, the many facets of the Lady Million bottle are topped by a gold-colored metal cap. A jewel in which one can sense the scent of gold.

The scent of gold in the hands of 3 perfumers

To convey the scent of gold, Paco Rabanne called upon three renowned perfumers. Anne Flipo, Béatrice Piquet and Dominique Ropion are behind this original composition. Anne Flipo is an exception in the world of perfumery. Indeed, she was born in Picardy and thus grew up far from Grasse. She would go on to attend the prestigious perfumery school, ISIPCA. Her creativity is rooted in a love of flowers and gardens. She is responsible for numerous great fragrances such as Diesel Bad by Diesel, Éclat de Fleurs by Lanvin, and L'Homme by Yves Saint Laurent. Béatrice Piquet unfortunately passed away in 2010, at the age of 46. She was a discreet woman who managed to establish herself in perfumery as a safe bet. Her talent lives on among us, notably through beautiful fragrances such as L'Instant de Guerlain Homme by Guerlain or Deep Red by Hugo Boss. Finally, Dominique Ropion was born in Paris, and nothing destined him for perfumery. Passionate about physics and chemistry, Dominique Ropion is regarded as an exceptional perfumer, highly conscientious and attentive to detail. He is responsible for great fragrances such as Trésor in Love by Lancôme, Very Irresistible by Givenchy, and Pure Poison by Dior.

The magnificent white flower bouquet of Lady Million

The great success of Lady Million comes from the voluptuousness of its white flower bouquet. First, neroli is a luminous flower, offering rich, floral and opulent tonalities. Alongside it, orange blossom, sambac jasmine and gardenia. Sambac jasmine is a highly fragrant variety of jasmine, also luminous and ultra-feminine. With orange blossom, luminosity reaches its peak. Gardenia, for its part, gives off very floral, powerful, yet also very green tonalities. The combination of these 4 white flowers is not only very feminine but also ultra-sensual. The top notes combine the airy, fruity freshness of bitter orange and raspberry. Finally, the base of Lady Million is filled with patchouli, which lends a woody base sillage.

The feminine counterpart of One Million, Lady Million is an oriental-floral fragrance. The scent of gold, a material that Paco Rabanne loves so much, is conveyed here by 3 great perfumers... An extraordinary essence.
