Launched in July 2010, Lady Million is the feminine alter ego of 1 Million at Paco Rabanne. Anne Flipo, Béatrice Piquet and Dominique Ropion of IFF created a white floral: neroli, bitter orange and raspberry up top, orange blossom and jasmine absolutes, a base of honey and patchouli. Its diamond bottle is inspired by the Regent at the Louvre.
Jeanne Doré, at Auparfum, finds in it a hint of Giorgio, an opulent, honeyed orange blossom over a gourmand, woody base calibrated for the 2000s.
Olfastory’s review
Jeanne Doré, Auparfum
In October 2010, Jeanne Doré recalls that 1 Million shook up the men’s market by fully embracing bling at face value. She finds Lady Million has a hint of the hits of the 1980s, such as Giorgio, with its opulent, honeyed orange blossom.
She judges it calibrated for the 2000s, with a gourmand, woody base that recalls Armani Code Woman and Pure Poison for the orange blossom, Flowerbomb and Amor Amor for the raspberry-tinged orange over patchouli, all signed by Dominique Ropion.
