Illicit Flower
When Sandra Chol, artistic director of the Jimmy Choo brand, speaks of her creations, she does so with great poetry: I first thought of all these fantastic phenomena, she says, whose sole and unique creator is nature, of all these magnificent and extraordinary things.

Where to buy
I tried to capture the sensitivity that must be embraced in order to become aware of this beauty: being able to look from another angle to perceive it, and in a sense, to embody it. That is how the wildly feminine fragrance Illicit Flower was born.
The bold spirit of the Jimmy Choo woman
Jimmy Choo is a luxury house emblematic of the twenty-first century, defined by a strong, independent, bold and undeniably glamorous style. In keeping with this image, Jimmy Choo has developed the Illicit collection, of which Illicit Flower is the latest addition. These fragrances are both sexy and perfectly rooted in the current era. They are bold and enigmatic, awakening the senses and speaking to women. They are aimed at all authentic women of today who dare to be themselves and who are not afraid to defy the established order. Illicit Flower is a fragrance intended for strong women who love to seize life fully, live in the present moment, and perhaps dance until dawn. Like its predecessor, Illicit Flower clearly intends to turn heads. It carries a strong dose of playfulness combined with a particularly seductive breath. It is both intoxicating and fresh at once. Its character delights in playing with contrasts, flirting equally with shadow and light. It is thus a fragrance to wear both day and night, provided one feels like having fun.
The voluptuous, woody fragrance of Illicit Flower
To create its fragrances, Jimmy Choo turned directly to one of the most renowned perfumers in the world today: the talented Anne Flipo. For this composition, she chose to develop her first fragrance in darker tones than before. It opens on a fruity, tangy blend. This includes the velvety flesh of apricot paired with the bright freshness of mandarin. The whole then transforms into a true concentration of flowers, notably highlighting one of the queens of perfumery: rose. Its elegance is paired here with the purity of grapefruit flower as well as the opulence of jasmine. The composition nevertheless darkens in its base until it reaches a milky sillage built on sandalwood and cashmere wood. Musk, for its part, further grounds the sensuality of the whole with an almost erotic breath. As for the bottle, it comes in a case similar to that of its predecessor. It takes the form of a thick, sculpted cylinder with a highly architectural silhouette. The whole evokes the Art Deco style, dotted with vertical stripes and topped with a square silver cap like a mirror. Its former golden hue has here given way to greater femininity in a soft pink shade.
