First, let us begin by highlighting the incredible work done by the house of Chanel in terms of bottle design. Indeed, designing the Gabrielle bottle took five years of research. Every effort was made to create a bottle halfway between Chanel's authenticity and current trends. This bottle is a perfect example of timelessness. Devoid of any superfluous detail, the Gabrielle bottle comes in a square-shaped container, both understated and refined. Made of glass, it reflects sunlight and gives its juice a lovely golden color. The whole is nothing but refinement, sensitivity and poetry.
Olivier Polge expresses all his talent in Gabrielle's formula
Beyond this sumptuous bottle, it must be acknowledged that Gabrielle is a highly elaborate perfume in terms of formula. It is the work of Olivier Polge, Chanel's official nose since 2015. Here one finds his incredible sensitivity, his extraordinary expertise and his growing boldness. Gabrielle is a masterfully orchestrated perfume, evolving from fruity flavors toward a more enveloping and carnal base, passing through a wildly feminine heart. Its formula opens with a blend of mandarin, grapefruit and redcurrant. Thus, Gabrielle takes flight on a lively, sparkling and tangy breath. Its heart, meanwhile, brings together several emblematic flowers of women's perfumery. It notably highlights the creamy character of tuberose, the exoticism of ylang-ylang, the opulence of jasmine and the luminosity of orange blossom. Sandalwood finally wraps the whole in a smooth breath. Musk also makes the ensemble more sensual and carnal.

An ambassador for Chanel for several years, she was captured on film by British director Ringan Ledwidge, widely recognized as one of the best advertising directors in the world. The advertisement for Gabrielle, meanwhile, takes place in a location emblematic of Coco Chanel's life: the Abbaye d'Aubazine, in Corrèze, a place where Coco Chanel spent part of her childhood.
