Launched in 2025, Born in Roma Extradose Donna is the most concentrated version of Valentino’s Born in Roma line. Honorine Blanc and Amandine Clerc-Marie pair a blackcurrant accord, bergamot and mandarin, a rum accord and sambac jasmine over a Madagascan Bourbon vanilla. Adut Akech and Anwar Hadid front the campaign.
A tribute to Valentino’s Rockstud, the pyramid-studded bottle pairs bright pink glass with contrasting black leather.
The bottle pays tribute to the Rockstud, the pyramid stud that became a Valentino signature. The brand says it is inspired by Roman architecture and recalls that this motif, which adorns the doors and walls of Rome, also dresses its bags and shoes.
For Extradose, the bright pink glass underlines, according to the house, the intensity of the fragrance, contrasting with black leather: at Valentino, pink is meant to be punk and passionate. The bottle comes in ten, thirty, fifty and one hundred milliliters.
