Born in Roma Donna Rendez-vous Ivory

Valentino launched Born in Roma Donna Rendez-Vous Ivory in 2025, as a limited edition and as a 100 ml eau de parfum. Now Smell This announced it on August 14, 2025 as a flanker of Donna Born in Roma, itself released in 2019, due at the end of the month.

A rendezvous at Studio 54

It is the third edition of the limited Born in Roma Rendez-Vous collection. The house draws its inspiration from New York nights at Studio 54 in the late 1970s, a scene where, in its words, past and present collided and inclusivity, extravagance and emotion reigned.

The fragrance borrows from the famous looks of those nights: draped in ivory, it evokes the club’s white, vintage canvas, dotted with lights and vibrant colors. A masculine version, Born in Roma Uomo Rendez-Vous Ivory, came out at the same time as an eau de toilette.

A softer Born in Roma

Valentino reinterprets its feminine signature with a freshness of orange blossom and a green mandarin super essence, softened by a fluffy heart of marshmallow accord and wrapped in musky notes and Madagascar vanilla.

The house places the fragrance in the ambery floral family and credits no perfumer for this edition, whose ivory-lacquered bottle, in its words, completes the Born in Roma collection.
