The warm, gourmand notes of Play Intense
While the Play fragrance is fruity and rather soft, Play Intense is more charismatic, more intense and full-bodied. The latter was created by a duo of perfumers, Émilie Coppermann and Lucas Sieuzac. Play Intense is considered a woody-citrus fragrance and opens with the invigorating, powerful notes of the bergamot, mandarin, orange, and grapefruit accord. Here the citrus notes are treated with great modernity. The heart is made up of much spicier notes with the combination of black pepper and coffee flower. These are joined by amyris wood, a signature that marks the difference with the Play fragrance and that lends sensuality and intensity. Then it is the turn of patchouli and vetiver to make their entrance. These are followed by cistus labdanum, vetiver, and tonka bean, which warm up the composition. As for the bottle, it has a very playful and above all unprecedented side. Indeed, it is shaped like an MP3 player. While the bottle color of Play is white, that of Play Intense is anthracite gray, bringing a touch of urbanity and modernity.
Among the masculine and virile duo, Play Intense is the more powerful and more charismatic of the two. Highly original, the composition of Play Intense reveals modern life, technology, multimedia. The Play Intense man is more connected than ever and fully in tune with his era.
