Diesel perfumery is a perfumery that aims to be the exact image of the Italian denim label: urban, modern, powerful but also disconcerting and slightly provocative. With Fuel For Life, Diesel managed to establish itself in a market that is nevertheless difficult to penetrate, but Only the Brave would confirm this success.
Beyond original fragrant compositions propelled by unmatched marketing effectiveness, Diesel also stands out for the great names in perfumery it has enlisted. Thus, for Only the Brave, Olivier Polge took part in the project; for Only the Brave Tattoo, it is the absolute master of fresh fragrances who puts his signature on it, Alberto Morillas. Alberto Morillas's great fragrances are too numerous to name individually, and it was certain that by enlisting him along with Honorine Blanc, Only the Brave Tattoo would win over the majority of these gentlemen.
However, for Only the Brave Tattoo, the presence of Diesel's emblematic boss, Renzo Rosso, influenced the creators by adding spice and boldness to the fragrance. Moreover, Renzo Rosso, a fragrance enthusiast, is never far from his label's compositions, but he wanted this new opus to be much closer to his own personality than the other fragrances.

Only the Brave Tattoo and its contrasts between freshness and burning sensuality
Only the Brave was built around three main axes: an extreme freshness of the top notes, a spicy floral note at the heart, and wild woody accords with burning sensuality. For Only the Brave Tattoo, the same contrasts between warmth and coolness were preserved; however, the delicate violet note disappears in favor of a lovely aromatic note that, as in the original juice, bridges the extreme temperatures that Only the Brave Tattoo puts us through.
Thus Only the Brave Tattoo explores polar cold with a most original Granny Smith apple note giving these top notes a light fruity scent that energizes the whole composition from the outset. Black pepper and clary sage carry us from power toward far more extreme warmth in the depths. Only the Brave Tattoo forgoes the animalic forces of its predecessor but adorns itself with benzoin, vanilla, amber woods, patchouli and even cocoa, all the better to bewitch us in its sillage.
