Nina Nature

Perfumes are not designed solely to enhance the skin and complete a look at the end of one's toilette. They are works of art in their own right, capable of transporting the imagination with a single breath. It is precisely from this poetic vision that Nina Ricci creates its perfumes. The Nina collection, launched in 2006, is a true fairy tale. Every fragrance within it is a symbol of softness and tenderness, carrying us into an almost dreamlike world. Such is also the case with Nina Nature, a limited edition created in 2023.

Every perfumer has a signature and a world of their own. At Nina Ricci, it is often a dreamlike and poetic world, made of tenderness. The Nina Ricci woman is a dreamer, like a modern-day fairy who leads us into her kingdom. This is how every fragrance in the Nina collection, launched in 2006, has been crafted. In 2023, the collection gains a new creation: Nina Nature. So, what is this limited edition, presented in a pastel green apple, actually worth? Here is our review.

Olfastory’s review

Nina Nature, a very positive perfume with a spring-like aura

Nina Nature by Nina Ricci first seduces with its softness. The woman who wears this perfume is a cheerful woman, walking the pavement with disarming freshness. A true concentration of lightness, it releases a sillage dazzling with joie de vivre. Nina Nature by Nina Ricci is inspired by nature. The result is a radiant and joyful creation, releasing a contagious happiness. According to perfumers Olivier Cresp and Ilias Ermenidis, it is a fragrance that captures the essence of a sparkling apple picked in the freshness of early morning.

A creation with fresh but not very long-lasting notes

Nina Nature by Nina Ricci opens with natural granny smith apple extract. Its green, crisp breath pairs with Italian lemon, for an even more refreshing explosion vibrant with energy. Nina Nature then moves toward a generous bouquet of lily of the valley and jasmine. The whole is immersed in the sensuality of vanilla and white musks. Overall, Nina Nature is not a very long-lasting perfume. However, its lightness is ideal for spring or sunny summer days.

Let yourself be seduced by Nina Ricci's green apple!

As for the bottle, Nina Ricci's DNA is clearly identifiable. As always, Nina Nature comes in an apple-shaped case. However, this forbidden fruit is now decorated in a brand-new opaline green shade. A small cord completes its design, while being sealed with the NR monogram. In its simplicity, this case is immediately appealing. The only slight drawback: it is available in a single format, with a size of 50 ml.

Nina Nature enters a new, more responsible era

Finally, with Nina Nature, Nina Ricci also scores points on the eco-responsible front. Its formula is made of 91% ingredients of natural origin. What is more, it is a vegan creation. In other words, Nina Nature contains no product derived from animals and has not been tested on them either. Its glass case, meanwhile, is made of 20% recycled materials. It is 100% recyclable. Finally, Nina Nature comes in FSC-certified cardboard packaging. More than ever, Nina Nature by Nina Ricci aligns with the expectations of today's consumers. What is more, since it draws inspiration from nature, it also strives to protect it sustainably.
