Explorer Platinum

Montblanc dresses the bottle in a textured silver sleeve, which it says was inspired by the metal bracelet of its 1858 Geosphere watch. That watch, designed to accompany explorers on their expeditions, is dedicated to the Seven Summits mountaineering challenge.

The house presents this sleeve as protection for travel, hand-decorated in its Pelleteria in Florence with an emblem made at its Hamburg manufacture. It particularly recommends the 30 ml size, to take anywhere.

The shiny silver cap, engraved with the name Montblanc Explorer, takes the shape of the star emblem. In the thick glass base appears the house’s star, whose six branches evoke as many snow-capped peaks.

The silver carton repeats the textured pattern of the watch bracelet. The name Explorer Platinum stands out on it in black capital letters on a matte silver band, which the house sees as an invitation to a new adventure.
