Launched in 2011, L.12.12 Blanc bottles Lacoste’s white polo shirt, whose production code it borrows. Olivier Pescheux composed it as a woody aromatic: grapefruit and cardamom in the top, tuberose and ylang-ylang in the heart, vetiver and suede in the base. Its white bottle imitates the polo’s piqué knit and bears an embroidered crocodile.

The bottle and its box take up the petit piqué, the knit of the Lacoste polo, whose relief the surface of the glass imitates. Each bottle bears an authentic embroidered crocodile, the emblem of the brand’s polo shirts, on a sober, minimalist line that recalls the simplicity of the garment.
The white of the bottle answers that of the polo. Each version of the L.12.12 line carries this design in the color of its polo, from blue to green.
