My Way Eau de Parfum

My Way: The new feminine fragrance from Giorgio Armani In August 2020, the Italian house Giorgio Armani presents its new feminine fragrance: My Way.

Famous around the world for its creations often inspired by the Mediterranean and Italy, the Giorgio Armani house decided to write a new page in its history in 2020. From now on, the house seems more than ever turned toward the world. To this end, it presents its new essence named My Way, a symbol of a free woman, nourished by her encounters and lived experiences. Its motto: I am what I live. So, how does this materialize on a purely olfactory level? Here are the elements making up its formula…

The fresh and floral scent of My Way by Giorgio Armani

My Way by Giorgio Armani is a highly refreshing fragrance, developed by perfumers Carlos Benaïm and Bruno Jovanovic. Together, they imagined a fresh, fruity and juicy fragrance, gradually transforming into a more floral scent, leaving behind a woody but clean-lined sillage. It all begins with a zesty blend of Calabrian bergamot and Egyptian orange blossom. More than ever, the moment calls for Mediterranean sunshine. Then, romanticism gradually takes its place and a genuine surge of femininity emerges in a duo of Indian tuberose paired with jasmine. Two different varieties of jasmine are incorporated into this formula. This blend gives My Way added depth and generosity. For a more gourmand and smooth result, its base is composed of premium-quality bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Finally, Virginia cedar from the United States structures the whole, while preserving its purity thanks to a touch of white musk.

Giorgio Armani's responsible ingredients

If this fragrance is much talked about, it is also because it is part of an eco-responsible project. Thus, it is presented in a new bottle that is refillable and recyclable. Furthermore, its ingredients are selected for their respect of the environment and of disadvantaged populations. Thus, My Way by Giorgio Armani favors naturally sourced raw materials, coming from responsible sources and guaranteeing respect for disadvantaged and economically vulnerable populations. My Way by Giorgio Armani is a project carried out in collaboration with local NGOs, based on fair trade principles. Furthermore, the Madagascar vanilla used in My Way comes from local production, both high-quality and carefully controlled. Likewise, this fragrance is formulated with alcohol of plant origin, obtained from French sugar beets grown under environmentally friendly farming conditions. All these elements make My Way a fragrance with a neutral carbon footprint. Thus, the Italian house seems fully aware of what nature offers. Because it draws the best of its scents from it, it strives to preserve it as sustainably as possible, by selecting greener ingredients for this purpose.
