Her collection of pearls, fur and her white Cadillac earned Nina Ricci the name of the White Lady. It was her only son Robert who drew the house into the world of perfumery in 1941. After many olfactory successes, Nina Ricci presented in 2004, Love in Paris, a fragrance born directly from her love for the capital.

Love in Paris, the notes of love

It was perfumer Aurélien Guichard who created this romantic fragrance. He wanted to craft a cheerful, sparkling essence built around rose and peony. Love in Paris opens with the fresh notes of Calabrian bergamot. This is paired with the sweetness of star anise. Jasmine and apricot surround the heart, which is also composed of rose and peony, giving the composition a radiant femininity. The base leaves a most sensual and carnal sillage thanks to white musks, woody notes and vanilla. All of it seems to bring the promise of eternal love. As for the bottle, it was designed by Jérôme Faillant-Dumas. It combines sensual lines and curves with a modern, crystalline architecture. Entirely transparent, the bottle and its cap release an ultimate touch of brilliance and magic.
