Cool Water Wave
Cool Water is a fragrance synonymous with vitality and energy. It symbolizes water in motion, never stopping, traveling across the planet with vivacity. Created in 1988, it did not fail to surprise upon its release.

Where to buy
Indeed, in its time, fragrances were mostly very opulent and virile. Cool Water simply transformed the face of masculine perfumery. Now, as if to quench men's thirst once again, Davidoff has decided to reinterpret its legendary juice. From now on, the house presents the very latest Cool Water Wave.
Davidoff bets everything on the aquatic aspect
While in the early 80s men particularly loved opulent fragrances brimming with testosterone, today they are turning more toward freshness. Davidoff has understood this well and has fully preserved its aquatic spirit of the past in the brand new Cool Water Wave. Moreover, this shows from the very first glance at its bottle and its advertising. The whole is presented against a marine backdrop. The visual of its bottle appears on posters decorated with a wave worthy of the greatest surfers. Likewise, blue is omnipresent on the glass itself. It must be said that this has always been Davidoff's emblematic color. Nevertheless, it appears lighter than before. The name of this fragrance, meanwhile, now appears in an orange hue. This gives a more contemporary feel to this fragrance. Finally, its rectangular glass silhouette is further enhanced by a brushed metal cap. This proves very masculine and, above all, very current.
Cool Water Wave and its new woody freshness
Beyond its visual, a formula worthy of its predecessors was needed for this new juice. Davidoff therefore called on a trio of renowned perfumers to create this new fragrance. It came to life thanks to the talent of Francis Kurkdjian, Antoine Lie and Jean Jacques. Among the most renowned creators on the planet, they already have numerous best-sellers to their credit. Likewise, they are all passionate about art and have a particularly developed creative sense. Here, they chose to accentuate the fresh, aquatic character of Cool Water with a few more woody nuances. This fragrance opens on a marine scent accompanied by the bitterness of grapefruit. This intense freshness is immediately balanced by the presence of fiery spices. Furthermore, Cool Water Wave contains Sichuan pepper. Its heart, meanwhile, retains its freshness through the presence of juniper. Birch leaves give this juice a more green and woody facet. Finally, Cool Water Wave wraps itself in patchouli and sandalwood for a more structured and elegant rendering. The result is a very harmonious fragrance. Cool Water Wave has managed to preserve the spirit of its predecessor while giving it an even more masculine facet.
